Virginia officials, utilities float repeal of renewable incentives

Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli and state electric utilities proposed a repeal of financial incentives for utilities to use renewable energy after a 2012 report said the policy did not make necessary environmental progress and resulted in higher power bills for consumers, The Associated Press reports.
