U.K. to allow utilities to triple clean energy levy

U.K. Energy Secretary Ed Davey announced that utilities companies will be allowed to triple the renewable energy levy in 2020 as part of a wider plan to reduce greenhouse emissions and replace old power plants, Bloomberg reports.
