TransCanada CEO: Kerry pick won't change Keystone project

TransCanada CEO Russ Girling said the likely nomination of Sen. John Kerry, D-Mass., as to secretary of state, will not threaten the review of the Keystone XL oil sands pipeline, The Hill reports.
