Slow cleanup keeps town near Fukushima uninhabitable

More than a year and a half after a massive tsunami hit Japan, evacuees from Okuma, a town near the Fukushima Dai-ichi nuclear plant, remain displaced and will likely not be able to resettle for a decade amid a slow government cleanup and high radiation levels, The New York Times reports.
