WASHINGTON (AP) — An independent investigation into the deadly Sept. 11 attack on the U.S. diplomatic mission in Libya is complete. Congress will be briefed on the panel's report this week.
The State Department said Monday that the Accountability Review Board's findings would be sent to Capitol Hill before the panel's two most senior members testify in closed session before the House and Senate foreign affairs committees on Wednesday. The committees will hear open testimony on the report on Thursday.
