OSU researcher: Green energy could keep millions in local economies

Parwinder Grewal, a researcher from Ohio State University, concluded that cities in Ohio could keep millions of dollars invested in local economies by purchasing locally produced green energy. His study on Cleveland concluded that the city could save $28.7 million to $1.76 billion a year, The Columbus Dispatch reports.
