North Korea and China Reported to Be Upgrading Egypt's Missiles

Strategy Page, citing American intelligence sources, reports that North Korean and Chinese missile experts have visited Egypt recently to improve Egyptian ballistic missiles. Egypt is believed to have over 50 North Korean built ballistic missiles, with about 20 of them (Nodongs) having a range of over 1,200 kilometers, according to Strategy Page. The Chinese and North Korean missile experts apparently are selling upgrades to Egyptian missile design and production capabilities. Egyptian missiles are believed to be poorly maintained.
