N.H. communities sue EPA for Great Bay standards

The communities of Portsmouth, Dover and Rochester in New Hampshire have sued the Environmental Protection Agency over the agency's new quality standards for the Great Bay estuary. The municipalities argue that the standards could cost tens of millions of dollars in treatment upgrades, Seacoastonline reports.
