Murkowski, Manchin join forces on hunting rights bill

According to a press release, Sens. Lisa Murkowski, R-Alaska, and Joe Manchin, D-W.V., introduced a bill that would protect the rights of hunters and fisherman on federal land owned by the Bureau of Land Management and the Forest Service.
