Mass. energy program looks to cut $43 million from state energy costs

Massachusetts Gov. Deval Patrick and his administration are set to release details of the state government's new energy consumption goals to reduce power use at 700 facilities that could save $43 million annually and create 4,000 clean energy jobs, The Associated Press reports.
