Judge to allow expert report on Gulf spill as testimony

A magistrate judge granted Transocean the ability to use reports prepared by Jeff Wolfe, an expert who died in a car crash, as testimony for the company's civil trial over the 2010 Gulf of Mexico spill, FuelFix reports.
