Israel Building Golan Fence To Shield Against Regional Chaos

Fearing a spillover from Syria's three-way regional proxy war - which has pitted Sunni-backed rebels against the Iran-backed regime against Kurdish groups - Israel has announced its intention to build a security fence between the Golan Heights and Syria.
