Iraq, BP weigh deal on disputed Kirkuk filed

Iraq is weighing a potential multi-billion-dollar contact with BP to double output from the Kirkuk oil field, an area whose control is disputed by Iraq's government and the semiautomonous Kurdistan, The Wall Street Journal reports.
