French Troops Getting "Tied Down" In Parts Of Mali

VOA reports that French troops are increasingly "tied down" in Malian counter-insurgency operations. Paris has expressed determination to prevent exactly such a dynamic from emerging, and has committed to quickly extracting its troops from the conflict.
