EPI: Expiring unemployment benefits may cost 400,000 jobs

The Economic Policy Institute contends an extension to federally funded unemployment benefits, set to expire this year, will create jobs because it stimulates spending and for that reason, urges Congress not to turn its back on the long-term unemployed.
