EPA's McCarthy predicts more climate rules

EPA Assistant Administrator Gina McCarthy said the agency will not back away from actions to address climate change in President Obama's second term, The Hill reports. She is thought to be a leading contender to succeed EPA's former administrator Lisa Jackson.
