EIA: Wind installations up amid tax credit uncertainty

The Energy Information Administration says wind energy developers are making efforts to quickly install wind turbines amid uncertainty that Congress might not extend a wind energy tax incentive. Half of the planned installations are expected to be operational by the end of the year, The Hill reports.
