Political discontent over his recent power grab threaten to spiral beyond the control of Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi, as independent and opposition newspapers in Egypt refused to publish Tuesday editions in protest. The Muslim Brotherhood-linked President issued a decree weeks ago giving himself sweeping powers and insulating himself from judicial review, raising fears of a return to the dictatorial practices of overthrown Egyptian ruler Hosni Mubarak.
