Cuomo: Don't read into fracking omission in speech

New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo said the decision to omit references to hydraulic fracturing in his state of the state address was not important, saying the state is actively reviewing the merits and health risks of the technique, the Press and Sun Bulletin reports.
