Russian protesters have taken to the streets to speak out against a ban on American adoptions of Russian children. The ban had been implemented by the Russian government as part of Moscow's retaliation for U.S. human rights legislation targeting Russian officials. The New York Times reports on the demonstrations under a headline describing them as a "revival of anti-Kremlin protests," linking them to antigovernment rallies which swept through Russia last year.
